摘要: Abstract The cDNA coding for the soluble form of bovine stem cell factor (boSCFAla165) was cloned and recombinant protein produced in bacteria as a histidine tagged-protein. purified from inclusion bodies one step by metal chelation chromatography under denaturing conditions. Recombinant SCF shown to act synergistically with interleukin 3 (IL-3) erythropoietin (EPO) stimulating growth bone marrow progenitor cells such colony forming units-granulocyte macrophage (CFU-GM) burst units-erythroid (BFU-E). Analysis mRNA expression reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) revealed that transcripts were detectable marrow, lymph node spleen cattle, level transcription upregulated nodes cattle infected Trypanosoma congolense. Two isoforms amplified RT-PCR. availability provides valuable tool studying role development, differentiation hematopoietic cells.
