摘要: Knowledge of the global pattern gene expression is important for understanding critical regulatory pathways and key biological process governing human reproduction. Genes involved with intracellular signaling, cell survival or death, pluripotency, transcription translation, methylation demethylation, nuclear reprogramming are main cellular processes that control early embryonic development. In this chapter, we relate recent advances on dynamic genes changes embryo development application DNA microarray as a new emergent technology selection. Techniques type may ultimately lead to noninvasive tests oocyte quality, revealing previously hidden information concerning both developmental competence. Increased knowledge related transcriptional networks operative during should in assisted reproductive technologies preimplantation genetic diagnosis.
