摘要: Tin-doped indium oxide (ITO) nanoparticles are useful precursors to transparent electrodes in a variety of technologically important applications. We synthesized ITO from and tin acetylacetonates oleyl alcohol using novel temperature ramp profile. The monodispersed have an average diameter 8.6 nm form dense, flat films by simple spin coating. thickness the film can be controlled varying number additional depositions. resulting is has resistivity 7 × 10−3 Ω cm after sintering at 300 °C. Using suitable solvent, it possible coat high-aspect-ratio structures with nanoparticles. This approach coatings greener offers advantages for because highly versatile, easily scalable, supports low-cost manufacturing.
