摘要: Abstract In this work, Indium tin oxide (ITO) nanofiber materials have been prepared and subsequently used for electrochemical spectroelectrochemical analysis. Nanofibers electrospun from a suspension of polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) indium precursors with ratio Sn/In = 0.16. Their diameter could be adjusted between 110 235 nm the layer thickness was controlled 12 120 μm. A calcination at 500 °C in air followed by thermal treatment 1000 °C under nitrogen atmosphere allowed to obtain conductive ITO nanofibers. XRD characterizations confirmed successful transition starting material into oxide, showed influence on grain size provided some insight their orientation. The properties nanofibers characterized optimized using dimethanolferrocene as model probe.
