摘要: Both crystallization and molecular density are significant to achieve high electrical conductivity of transparent electrodes. Herein, we investigated the embedding effects indium tin oxide (ITO) nanoparticles (NPs) into ITO nanofibers (NFs) synthesized by utilizing an electrospinning technique from precursor solutions. We found that NPs might act as nucleation seeds initiate ITO, evidenced flake-like morphologies which cannot be observed without NPs. XRD measurements reveal is crystalline with a higher degree size crystallites increases in presence embedded NFs. Embedding leads formation short fibers, but there still large space between fibers they vertically stacked films, resulting low conductivity. Interestingly, ratio enhances conductivity, compared ratio, attribute fiber on substrates due shorter Our results highlight influence not only also lengths High NF films can obtained optimum length reduces spaces NFs films.
