摘要: Abstract In this study, electrical properties of an indium tin oxide(ITO) thin film fabricated by inkjet printing were improved optimizing the post heat-treatment conditions. For printing, 10, 20, and 30 wt% ITO inks formulated, they printed onto glass substrate. Then, films heated at 300, 400, 500, 600 °C under several atmospheric conditions single step N 2 , air combination steps using gases, respectively. As a result, sheet resistance was decreased as concentration ink temperature increased atmosphere. case atmosphere, optical transmittance 455 Ω/square 90%, respectively, achieved.
