摘要: Bacillus spp. were isolated from Iranian tomato fields and evaluated for their efficacy against root-knot nematodes, Meloidogyne javanica. The 52 spore-forming bacterium isolates obtained rhizosphere following heat treatment. Eight chosen based on potency in prevention of M. javanica egg hatch juvenile mortality production proteolytic enzymes Petri plates. Their ability to form biofilms also determined pot experiments. According phenotypic traits 16s rDNA sequencing, all selected belonged including B. cereus pumilus. Treatment with bacterial culture filtrates vitro caused 72 99% after 48 h. After four days, the percentage ranged 1.6 59% depending isolate. pumilus (ToIr-MA) sp.
