摘要: Testosterone exercises a negative feedback upon pituitary gonadotrophs, paiticularly presumptive LH producers, of both the normal male and female mouse. In sharp contrast, effect testosterone corresponding cells Tfm/Y♂ can best be described as positive feedback. These Tfm/Y♀ atrophy after castration show remarkable hypertrophy in response to continuous administration testosterone.
