摘要: Abstract The dimer species (Mr 580 000) of the nicotinic acetylcholine receptor, isolated from electric organ Torpedo californica, was incorporated into a thiopeptide supported lipid bilayer. incorporation achieved by fusion liposomes with reconstituted receptor onto gold-supported monolayer. Surface plasmon resonance spectroscopy (SPS) used to monitor in real time process as well specific binding antagonist α-bungarotoxin. A recently developed extension SPS offering enhanced sensitivity and specificity, surface fluorescence (SPFS), then subsequent monoclonal WF6 polyclonal antibody, respectively. latter labeled Cy5. different assays indicate successful
