Trace enrichment and determination of silver by immobilized DDTC microcolumn and flow injection atomic absorption spectrometry

摘要: Flow injection (FI) system incorporating a microcolumn of immobilized diethyldithiocarbamate (DDTC) on surfactant-coated alumina was combined with atomic absorption spectrometry for on-line trace enrichment and determination silver in different matrices. Silver deposited the by processing standard or solution analyte at pH 3–4 column. Injection 250 μl ethanol then served to elute retained species (AAS). A sample volume 20 ml resulted pre-concentration factor 125, precision μg l−1 4% (R.S.D.). The procedure applied tap water, well rain sea radiology film, lead concentrate samples. accuracy assessed through recovery experiments, independent analysis furnace-AAS, certified reference material.
