摘要: Abstract A simple and reliable on-line separation/preconcentration procedure was developed for the determination of trace levels Ag(I) by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Poly[N-(3-methyl- 1H -indol-1-yl)-2-methacrylamide-co-2-acrylamido-2-methyl-1-propane sulfonic acid-co-divinylbenzene] synthesized characterized as a new chelating resin first time. sorbed on resin, from which it could be eluted with 3 mol L −1 HCl then introduced directly to nebulizer-burner system The parameters influential ions such pH sample solution, amount eluent type, interfering flow variables were studied. Under optimum conditions, calibration graph obtained linear over concentration range 2–20 μg L . detection limit method (3  σ ) 0.3 μg L while precision 1.5% ( n =25) at level 10 μg L Ag(I). quantification method, based 20 , 2.0 μg L enrichment factor found 65 optimized volume 13.6 mL. accuracy performed analyzing certified reference materials. applied successfully silver in different water samples satisfactory results.
