摘要: The general organization of the cholinergic system in central nervous is similar among vertebrates, though fish show higher variability. Thus, zebrafish, cells are absent from habenula and rhombencephalic reticular formation, where such neurons present most vertebrate species analyzed. In this work, we compared distribution choline acetyltransferase both zebrafish tench, order to investigate whether these divergences species-specific, or a feature shared by members cyprinid family. Our data that two possess common some peculiarities their not rest analyzed (e.g. absence presence descendent octaval nucleus). Nonetheless, were observed dorsal thalamus nuclei which same regions zebrafish. comparative analysis suggests divergent evolution close-related species.
