摘要: This work investigates the nitrergic and cholinergic systems in brain spinal cord of goldfish (Carassius auratus). We studied immunohistochemical localization antibodies against neuronal nitric oxide synthase (nNOS) choline acetyltransferase (ChAT) by bright-field confocal microscopy. Nitrergic cells were segregated within telencephalon, both dorsal ventral areas, co-distributed some nuclei diencephalon, mesencephalon, rhombencephalon, cord. Double-labeling experiments revealed nNOS/ChAT-positive (1) diencephalon: preoptic suprachiasmatic nuclei, habenula, thalamus, nucleus medial longitudinal fasciculus; (2) mesencephalon: optic tectum, mesencephalic portion trigeminal nucleus, oculomotor trochlear Edinger-Westphal nucleus; (3) rhombencephalon: secondary gustatory isthmi, lateral lemniscus cerebellum, reticular formation, different octaval column, motor zone vagal lobe, trigeminal, facial, abducens, glosso-pharyngeal, vagal, hypobranchial nuclei. Double-labeled also observed column. The percentage double-labeled was each indicating a selective distribution pattern. Because more abundant those involved with sensory physiological processes, we suggest involvement acetylcholine these neural functions fish.
