摘要: The paper is derived from an evaluation of a workplace smoking ban implemented at major Scottish university. relied on combination methods including analysis policy documentation, full-staff postal questionnaire, qual itative interviews with key members the implementation process and participant observation staff support classes. Drawing questionnaire data (including both quantitative qualitative responses), explores ways in which patterns work were perceived to be negatively affected by impli cations for relationships between smokers non-smokers work.
