摘要: Microspheres are prepared by a process comprising (i) spray-drying solution or dispersion of wall-forming material in order to obtain intermediate microspheres and (ii) reducing the water-solubility at least outside microspheres. Suitable materials include proteins such as albumin gelatin. The have walls 40-500 nm thick useful ultrasonic imaging. control size, size distribution degree insolubilisation cross-linking allows novel microsphere preparations be produced. In particular, may 15-20 μm, targeted selected areas body prolonged life circulation.
