摘要: Background: Although the implications for anesthetic and perioperative care of severely obese patients undergoing weight loss operations are considerable, current management super-obese (SO) (BMI ≥50 kg/m2), including super-super-obese ≥60) derives from experience with morbidly (MO) 40-49.9 kg/m2). We compared data SO MO to evaluate if influenced outcome. Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed on 150 consecutive (119 MO, 31 SO) bariatric surgery between May 2000 March 2005.
