摘要: Robotic-assisted laparoscopic surgery is the most common approach for treatment of early-stage endometrial and cervical cancers in US. Surgical staging requires pelvic often aortic lymphadenectomy, depending on primary tumor characteristics. Pelvic lymphadenectomy procedures may also be indicated debulking larger metastases to improve disease control.
