摘要: Robotic-assisted laparoscopic surgery is the most common approach for treatment of early-stage endometrial and cervical cancers in US. Surgical staging requires pelvic often aortic lymphadenectomy, depending on primary tumor characteristics. Pelvic lymphadenectomy procedures may also be indicated debulking larger metastases to improve disease control. The infra-renal basin an important anatomic site metastasis from tumors, robotic dissection techniques this have been described. In recent years, sentinel lymph node (SLN) mapping has adopted into National Comprehensive Cancer Network guidelines' surgical algorithm uterine cancers. SLN higher sensitivity detection nodal metastasis, despite removing fewer nodes, potentially reduces morbidities such as lower extremity lymphedema. This article reviews current para-aortic discusses integration algorithm.
