摘要: The purpose of this study was to test the compressive strength white mineral trioxide aggregate (WMTA) and gray (GMTA) when mixed with sterile water or local anesthetic exposed an acidic environment. A total 248 samples WMTA GMTA were placed in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS), at pH 5.0 7.4, for a period 7 28 days. When anesthetic, following observed: 1) caused significant decrease (p<0.0001); 2) significantly stronger than 3) more time PBS (total days) (p<0.001). There no consistent differences water. Variability results suggests both types MTA be neutral environments.
