摘要: Abstract Erythropoietin induces erythrocyte development in vivo as well some of the biochemical aspects such vitro. When rat bone marrow cells are incubated presence erythropoietin a system involved accumulation extracellular iron cell interior is rapidly formed. This induced uptake inhibited by actinomycin D, puromycin, and cycloheximide, indicating that RNA synthesis protein required for expression this effect. Part formed result action was identified ferritin; remainder yet unidentified, but known to be neither hemoglobin nor free iron.
