摘要: G-protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) are the largest group of cell surface receptors. They stimulated by a variety stimuli and signal to different classes effectors, including several types ion channels second messenger-generating enzymes. Recent technical advances, most importantly in optical recording with energy transfer techniques--fluorescence bioluminescence resonance transfer, FRET BRET--, have permitted detailed kinetic analysis individual steps signalling chain, ranging from ligand binding production messengers intact cells. The information, which is initiated binding, triggers cascade that displays various rate-controlling at levels. This review summarizes recent findings illustrating speed complexity this system.
