摘要: A microfluorometric method for the detection of low levels cytochrome P450 was developed to increase sensitivity assay, since a level CYP450 associated enzymatic activities expected in human placenta tissues and small samples (∼10 g) could be easily collected, stored processed. The dual fluorescence assay Kennedy et al. [1], which simultaneously quantitate microsomal proteins ethoxyresorufin-O-deethylase (EROD) activity adapted 96 wells microtiter plates. Placental microsomes were analyzed. For obtained from non-smoking mothers general southern Quebec population, results ranged less than 1–3.3 pmol/mg protein•min.
