摘要: The regeneration of the posterior portion body after fission was studied in holothurian Cladolabes schmeltzii using electron microscopy methods. Following fission, aquapharyngeal complex, gonad and anterior first descending part intestine remain fragment body. entire process is divided into five stages. In three stages, digestive system damaged ends longitudinal muscle bands regenerate. formed through rearrangement growth remaining intestine. gut anlage grows down mesentery joins regenerating cloaca. cloaca from two sources: its appears as a result immersion epidermis, while develops terminal segment growing Regeneration muscles progresses typical manner for echinoderms: myogenic transformation coelomic epithelium. Respiratory trees appear animals when external has begun (fourth stage). They are an outgrowth dorsal wall It concluded that C. following realized morphallactic rearrangements parts organs. main mechanism which digestive, respiratory, contractile systems epithelial morphogenesis.
