摘要: The invention describes a new method to sequence DNA. improvements over the existing DNA sequencing technologies are high speed, throughput, no electrophoresis and gel reading artifacts due complete absence of an electrophoretic step, costly reagents involving various substitutions with stable isotopes. utilizes Sanger strategy assembles information by analysis nested fragments obtained base-specific chain termination via their different molecular masses using mass spectrometry, as for example, MALDI or ES spectrometry. A further increase in throughput can be introducing mass-modifications oligonucleotide primer, chain-terminating nucleoside triphosphates and/or chain-elongating triphosphates, well integrated tag sequences which allow multiplexing hybridization specific probes differentiated weights.
