摘要: Abstract Previous studies have shown a positive relationship between the results of skin tests, radioallergosorbent and bronchial provocation testing. The purpose this study was to compare testing determine extent which could be predicted from puncture intracutaneous tests. In 1,596 tests performed in 276 patients, more than 90% patients with wheal greater or equal 5 mm diameter on by technique using 1:20 wv allergen extract experienced reactions for most antigens. If produced less diameter, large only slightly increased likelihood challenge, but if mm, challenge did not occur. It is concluded that may often simple testing, clinical use, likely useful primarily whom indicates moderate sensitization allergens.
