摘要: Enhancing positive affect (PA) and reducing negative (NA) are targets of psychology interventions, well-being functioning core elements mental health. However, the underlying temporal dynamics these unknown. This study aimed at identifying how a 42-day daily intervention (PPI) impacts affective longitudinal compared to control condition. employed an experience sampling method (self-observation diary including Measurement Affectivity: Valence/Activation scale, MAVA) with two non-randomised groups-a group (n = 43) 43)-taken from community sample. Compared participants, PPI participants' trajectories for activated deactivated NA showed important decrease over course PPI. The PA trajectory increased non-linearly across PPI, whereas linear increase. suggests that PPIs change life.
