摘要: The extent and the specificity of initial cell attachment induced by various proteins coated on plastic surfaces have been studied with following results: (a) Cell adhesion sialidase beta-galactosidase was as strong concanavalin A limulus lectin-coated reactions were strongly inhibited glycosidase inhibitors or competitive substrates. 2-deoxy-2,3-dehydro-N-acetylneuraminic acid polysialoganglioside (GT1b) at low concentration (0.05-0.1 mM). coat 1,4-D-galactonolactone beta-methylgalactoside but not alpha-methylgalactoside. Thus, initiation could be mediated through interactions specific binding sites enzyme surface substrates under physiological conditions. (b) lectins blocked competing monosaccharides concentrations similar to inhibitory for from solution cells. (c) fibronectin well gelatin-coated equally GT1b relatively high (0.25-0.5 Lower mM) Limulus lectin sialidase. It is suggested that based yet unknown in contrast a glycosidases lectins.
