摘要: Water quality has been an issue of concern since the settlement man and continues to be great today in many locations around world. In United States, address issues water pollution, U.S. Congress passed Clean Act (CWA) 1972. This study examines implementation prioritization impaired bodies listed on Illinois CWA section 303(d) list between 1992 2004. used Delphi survey method obtain opinions from quality/management experts that reside state Illinois. The goal this was determine if a consensus could reached amongst severity individual pollutants for given designated use body by assigning weights, determining any trends exist within current
