摘要: Oligonucleotide building processes are monitored by means of an oligonucleotide probe which in one embodiment is labelled at end with a chemiluminescent label and the other quencher molecule. The conformation changes according to whether hybridises substantially complementary nucleic acid sequence. In non-hybridised state sufficiently close proximity that emission attenuated, but hybridised separation such there little or no attenuation. Particular probes emitter/quencher pairs disclosed.
