摘要: The temporal program of gene expression during a model physiological response human cells, the fibroblasts to serum, was explored with complementary DNA microarray representing about 8600 different genes. Genes could be clustered into groups on basis their patterns in this program. Many features transcriptional appeared related physiology wound repair, suggesting that play larger and richer role complex multicellular than had previously been appreciated.
