摘要: la recherche fondamentale et de transfert concernant les mecanismes impliques dans processus d’acquisition d’un phenotype cancereux par une cellule normale du sein. Ces nouvelles acquisitions ont concerne transduction signal, le cycle cellulaire, l’apoptose, l’angiogenese, migration l’invasion cellulaire. Des cibles therapeutiques potentielles ainsi ete identifiees ciblees sont ce fait developpees des institutions academiques, societes biotechnologie compagnies pharmaceutiques. Certains ces agents agissant sur deja utilises en clinique, d’autres evaluation. Nous nous interesserons essentiellement aux nouveaux intervenant au niveau signal. L’hormonotherapie cancers sein etant therapeutique ciblee recepteurs hormonaux estrogeniques, evoquerons echanges « cross talks » entre cette voie classique Le passage d’une eucaryote phase quiescente (G0) a mitose (M), reponse stimuli exterieurs est un multi-etape.
