摘要: Summary The basis for, and advantages of, the use of sequence analysis proteins are presented. Cytochrome c is used as an example it suggested that not enough work has been done upon amino acid sequences fungi, especially cytochrome c. Other means studying enzymes in order to acquire data useful evolutionists who deal with fungi discussed, including mechanisms control enzyme activity, electrophoretic migration properties such response activators inhibitors, pH temperature optima etc. Finally, micromolecules discussed context their function suggestions made present potential phylogenetic studies these organisms.
