摘要: 3D metallic printing technology is attempted to implement millimeter-wave (mmWave) antennas. Based on laser beam melting (LBM) technology, the cost and turnaround time of horn antenna fabrication effectively reduced compared with traditional milling injection moulding. A conical a pyramidal are printed in 316L stainless steel, both which demonstrate satisfactory performance simulation, as well comparable commercial Surface roughness antennas measured analyzed, showing improvement upon former designs. The proves its great potential for further exploration.
