摘要: A seven-year-old female German shepherd dog was presented with a history of anorexia, weight loss and fever three months' duration. On general examination she showed marked behavioural change represented by episodic excitement 'fly snapping. blood screening neutrophilia left shift hyperalbuminaemia. Survey radiographs were taken mass identified in the cranial mediastinum. Cytological fine needle aspiration smears yielded presumptive diagnosis lymphoma. The euthanased necropsy findings concluded that primary tumour thymoma; metastases found choroid plexus, leptomeninges, cerebral cortex hippocampus.
