摘要: Periprosthetic femur fractures are complex problems. Its incidence is reported to be increasing with the number of total hip replacements. Treatment recommendations based upon fracture location and implant fixation stability. Despite improvements in surgical techniques, clinical outcome remains suboptimal. This review focuses on discussion periprosthetic around a replacement.
