摘要: Introduction Gene amplification is an important mechanism for activating oncogenes in malignant tumors. Although of HER2, C-MYC, CCND1 and FGFR1 has been reported breast cancers, their role the progression situ to invasive carcinoma unclear. To investigate this question we compared frequencies these genes pure ductal (DCIS), DCIS associated with carcinoma, carcinoma.
