摘要: Abstract Solanum vernei is widely used in potato breeding for the introgression of desired genes into cultivated potato. The composition natural toxicants (steroidal glycoalkaloids) tubers S. , x tuberosum hybrids, and cultivars was studied. Extremely high levels solanidine glycosides varying glycosidic-bound solasodine, tomatidenol minor steroidal alkaloids, amongst which 22 R ,25 epimer solanidine, were present . growing conditions did not influence total content, but significantly alkaloids Potentially toxic concentrations can be inter-specific hybrids new produced by repeated backcrossing. In addition alien glycoalkaloids transmitted from wild species to Itis recommended that glycoalkaloid as a major criterion assessing prior being released human consumption.
