摘要: Human leukocyte antigens (HLA), also known as histocompatibility antigens, are molecules found on all nucleated cells in the body. Histocompatibility help immune system to recognize whether or not a cell is foreign body, hence success of an organ transplantation strongly connected HLA systems donor-recipient pair. Beyond this important role, seems influence clinical course hepatic cirrhosis, both viral and autoimmune basis. However, only different have importance w.r.t. but, make things more complicated, other yet well characterized factors could play role. It thus assess existence associations between haplotypic settings (possibly mixed with demographical information) cirrhosis. Algorithms developed for frequent patterns discovery can us achieve goal. Thanks their ability handling very large number variables associated exponential search space, such techniques discover interesting beyond traditional analysis methods capabilities
