摘要: : The occurrence of residues ethoxyquin (EQ) and dimer (DM) from fish feeds in the liver muscle farmed salmon steelhead was studied. For quantitative analysis DM, tissue partially hydrolyzed with 50% NaOH, then lipid antioxidant were extracted hexane. After solvent removal recovery into acetonitrile, DM determined by reversed-phase high-pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC) a fluorescence detector, excitation wavelength set at 360 nm emission 440 nm. The mobile phase acetonitrile:0.01M ammonium acetate (80:20, v:v). EQ levels very low, but higher. recoveries spiked samples 88 ± 4% for DM. Sample site determinations indicated that residue level could be associated depot fat except liver, where content 60% to 70% less. Similar results appear satisfactory oils.
