摘要: Background and objective Patients with adenocarcinoma of the lung have disproportionately response to epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor (EGFR-TKI). The aim this study is analyze difference EGFR gene amplification in bronchioloalveolar carcinoma (BAC), adenocarcinma mixed subtype conventional provide some information clinical therapies. Methods Lung cancer cases were collected reviewed from archives Department Pathology, Chinese PLA General Hospital during time period 2004 2006. definite diagnosis BAC based on WHO classification tumors was made by two pathologists. Fluorescence situ hybridization (FISH) performed detect pure BAC, adenocarcinoma. Results Conventional had higher compared (?2=11.632, P<0.05). found 45.45% adenocarcinoma, 14.81% BACs, 22.58% subtype. observed as scattered signals most cases. Conclusion seen more frequently invasive components than BAC. might be associated development lung.
