摘要: We compared the specular spin-valve films with an Fe50Co50 nano-oxide layer (NOL) and a Co90Fe10 NOL in pinned layer, prepared by natural oxidation (NO) ion-assisted (IAO). For IAO, Ar-ion beam was used for energy-assist effect during oxidation, resulting thermally stable formation. With small oxygen exposures good ferromagnetic coupling through high specularity at interface were concurrently obtained. Moreover, twisted observed IAO higher exposures. On other hand, NO did not cause large magnetoresistance (MR) enhancement either or NOLs, caused weak magnetic NOL, MR ratio. The is candidate final film head 100-Giga-bit per square inch recording.
