摘要: Abstract To confirm the origin of exchange coupling through nano-oxide layer (NOL), detailed analyses magnetization curve and temperature dependence on for Co 1− x Fe -NOL samples with various oxidation processes are investigated. The field cooling effect is observed NOL-inserted samples, which suggests existence antiferromagnetic (AFM) component in NOL. characteristic (blocking temperature) increases increase content ( =0.08,0.17,0.26)-NOL. These results support that NOL pinning appears higher than room temperature. Further, twisted 0.50 discussed from viewpoint magnetic roughness due to ferrimagnetic nature very thin specular spin valve (SPSV).
