摘要: The spin valve films with the insertion of a nano-oxide-layer are expected as nano-constriction SV MR devices such nano-contact MR. However, nature those magnetic coupling, exchange bias and interlayer coupling in NOL have been not well discussed. In this paper, field through Cu spacer its temperature dependency SVs Co1-xFex-NOL Co1-xFex/Cr-NOL studied to confirm influence into films. case Co0.9Fe0.1-NOL Co0.9Fe0.1/Cr-NOL, negative increases decreasing spite strength Neel almost same full metal at room temperature. It suggests that antiferromagnetic appears by even though rough interface. From result dependencies Hin for each sample, it is considered phase which related intensity varied SVs.
