摘要: In the present work, copper oxide thin films have been deposited at different substrate temperatures from 250 to 400 °C by spray pyrolysis technique. The desired properties of phase pure CuO with good crystal quality and conductivity optimized respect pyrolytic temperature. X-ray diffraction studies Hall effect measurements indicated that these two are achieved an optimum temperature 350 °C. band gap was found decrease 1.8 1.2 eV increase in temperature, based on UV-absorption spectrum film. microstructures revealed film 350 °C, showed uniform surface trapezium shaped particles, which well compacted. dynamic sensing behavior p-type sensor, prepared a used sense ethanol for concentrations: 100 200 ppm. response time recovery were within range 15–20 s 15–18 s, respectively. results even room characteristics dependent size grains concentration ethanol.
