摘要: Many viruses use the host trafficking system at a variety of their replication steps. Measles virus (MV) possesses nonsegmented negative-strand RNA genome that encodes three components ribonucleoprotein (RNP) complex (N, P, and L), two surface glycoproteins, matrix protein, nonstructural proteins. A subset immune cells polarized epithelial are in vivo targets MV, MV is selectively released from apical membrane cells. However, molecular mechanisms for release remain largely unknown. In present study, localization RNP were analyzed detail using recombinant MVs expressing fluorescent protein-tagged L Live cell imaging analyses demonstrated was transported manner dependent on microtubule network together with Rab11A-containing recycling endosomes. The accumulated compartment. accumulation shedding infectious virions severely impaired by expression dominant negative form Rab11A. On other hand, endosome-mediated transport totally dispensable production nonpolarized These data provide first demonstration regulated intracellular events define directional viral
