摘要: Canine distemper virus (CDV) was shown to use dog nectin-4 as a receptor gain entry into epithelial cells. RNA from placenta or MDCK kidney cells isolated and cDNAs were prepared. Two splice variants of identified. A deletion 25 amino acids found in the cytoplasmic domain cells, corresponding variant that is also seen murine nectin-4, did not affect its role receptor. Both human could function an factor for CDV containing EGFP reporter gene. Inhibition expression by RNAi antibodies decreased titers fluorescence. Finally, promotes syncytia formation, which be inhibited siRNA treatment. These data confirm can used facilitate spread.
