摘要: Abstract Natural isolates of measles virus readily infect several lymphocyte cell lines. These viruses appear to use a receptor other than CD46, the molecule which most laboratory strains bind. Methods used identify and characterize this for are described in study. A binding assay with soluble form H protein demonstrated that B-cell lines, activated Epstein–Barr virus, or T cells, transformed human T-cell leukemia exhibit on their surfaces. On hand, resting lymphocytes, monocytes, immature leukocytes either failed express possessed reduced levels receptor. cDNA library derived from B95-8 marmoset lines was through expression cloning. This shown be CDw150, is also known as signaling lymphocytic activation (SLAM). When expressed Chinese hamster ovary (CHOP) embryonic kidney (293T) these cells became susceptible lymphotropic well virus. Binding assays confirmed could adhere but interaction mouse homolog weak. infections were independent presence CD46 host surface. Interaction CDw150(SLAM) explain immunosuppressive properties
