摘要: We examined the consequences of isolation and adaptation to Vero cells for receptorbinding haemagglutinin (H) gene four syncytia-forming isolates canine distemper virus (CDV) a dolphin morbillivirus isolate. A Vero-adapted CDV isolate exhibited biased hypermutation, since 11 out 12 nucleotide differences other from same epidemic were U-C transitions. Most these transitions appeared have taken place during in vitro cultivation. Previously, hypermutation morbilliviruses has almost exclusively been described subacute sclerosing panencephalitis measles inclusion body encephalitis, which are rare brain infections. Amino acid changes H proteins not required cell adaptation, suggesting that express receptors wild-type morbilliviruses. This strongly indicate existence than CD46 CDw150.
