摘要: The role of increased dispersion repolarization in the genesis torsade de pointes and ventricular fibrillation has been well recognized generally, but not monomorphic tachycardia (VT). Monophasic action potentials (MAP) were therefore recorded simultaneously from right (RV) apex (RVA) outflow tract (RVOT) during sinus rhythm, RV pacing programmed extra stimulation (PES) 24 patients with VT. activation time (AT), MAP duration at 90% (MAPd), (RT) measured their dispersions, defined as differences these parameters between RVA RVOT, calculated.
