Electrical and Magnetic Properties of Ca1-xLaxRuO3.

摘要: The electrical resistivity ρ and the magnetic susceptibility χ were measured for sintered samples of Ca 1- x La RuO 3 (0≦ ≦1) (La ) Pr ( ≦0.2). temperature coefficient dρ/d T is positive at 300 K all samples, but increases logarithmically with decreasing as Kondo effect except end members =0 1. Curie-Weiss like was found , absolute value antiferromagnetic Weiss until 0.3 then decreases. For Curie-type appeared overlapping below 50 K, there no clear peak in down to 5 K. resistance anomaly may have been caused either by scattering, or a localization and/or an electron-electron interaction under random distribution hetero-valent cations.
