摘要: Bacteria were isolated from the laboratory-scale activated sludge reactors operated using synthetic wastewater containing phenol as toxic organics, m-aminobenzoic acid (m-ABA) a refractory organics and inorganic nutrients. These bacteria which can utilize m-ABA sole carbon source used in order to clarify effects of powdered (PAC) on removal organics. Biodegradation activity system with addition PAC was compared that raw material (NAC) having no ability adsorb, suspended system. The accelerated biodegradability by much more than NAC Number systems viable counts phenol-selective medium m-ABA-selective number surface direct SEM almost same, irrespective difference support media. Therefore, would increase biodegradation bacteria. It also found remarkably presence phenol.
